Helen Malinowski, LICSW, SEP is the founder of the Somatic Integration Institute and creator of The Catalyst Collective, a 6-month mastermind designed to help clinicians build sustainable, nourishing practices that prevent burnout and compassion fatigue. With over a decade of experience in trauma-informed therapy, Helen combines somatic approaches with deep community connection to help practitioners stay resourced, connected, and thriving in their work. She’s passionate about redefining success for mental health professionals—showing that meaningful impact and personal wellbeing can coexist.
When she’s not supporting clinicians, Helen enjoys running, hiking, beach walks with her dog, and spending time with her family in Falmouth, Massachusetts.
