Stacie Shifflett is the founder of Modern Consciousness® and author of Treasure Map to Joy™. Her work centers on helping people reclaim clarity, agency, and joy after disruption — not by chasing happiness, but by learning how to live in alignment with who they truly are. She believes that alignment isn’t just a concept, but the foundation from which real, sustainable joy is created.

Having forged her own unconventional path across multiple industries, including leading a $50M technology acquisition without personal capital, Stacie understands that fulfillment isn’t found by following the standard script. After the end of a 28-year marriage and other major life transitions, she turned inward, choosing responsibility, discernment, and conscious choice as the foundation for her next chapter.
